12‑Month Limited Warranty

At BARKAHOLICS® / Shock Collars Australia, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item is backed by a 12‑month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty operates alongside, and does not limit, your ACL rights.

•     Battery or charging faults not caused by external damage
